看到这些，我的热血不禁沸腾。是的，我是个平凡得不能再平凡的女孩，就象大地上的一棵小草，就如沧海中的一滴水珠。但是我坚信：只要我愿意，平凡的我一样可以活得不平庸。做一棵小草能怎样？不能绿遍大地，至少可给人以春色；做一滴水珠又何妨？难解半寸干旱，可谁又能说有时它不是一股清泉？想到这些，我对自己的人生终于有了定位，我决心向系统内那些先进的人物学习，爱岗敬业、默默奉献，不为了成就一番伟业，只想让自己的一生无怨无悔。我忽然又想到奥斯特洛夫斯基说的那句话：
我引用这句名言，不是为了证明我是个了不起的人，有了不起的抱负。和平年代，一般工作，我们很平凡。但我要说，伟大正寓于平凡之中，平凡的我们一样能高扬起脸，因为平凡中我们一样能够奉献！在这里我非常有必要提一下众所周知的雷锋、徐虎、时传祥、李素丽等党的好儿女，他们在平凡的岗位上却做出了不平凡的事业！他们都有一个共同的心声，那就是：牢记党的根本宗旨，爱岗敬业、勤勤恳恳、以苦为乐、无私奉献。有的人说，不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵，而我，更多的时候是活在现实中。我知道自己平凡，所以没有奢望过要做女领袖、女强人；我知道我可以不平庸，所以对生活充满了信心与热情。当我决心将自己平凡的一生献给我现有的事业的时候，我更加清醒的看到，爱岗敬业，不是说说那样简单，不具有一定的业务不平，爱岗从何谈起？不具备一定的专业素质，敬业更如纸上谈兵！有这样一幅对联：“墙上芦苇，头重脚轻根底浅；山间竹笋，嘴尖皮厚腹中空”，我想，如果一个人根底浅如墙上芦苇、腹中空似山间竹笋，那么所谓的爱岗敬业只能是一句口号而已。而且我们现在面临机构改革的大潮，如果没有综合素质，必将被社会所淘汰。为此，我把提高自身素质当做爱岗敬业的前提，从一点一滴学起，不断积累知识，不断提高自己的业务水平。在综合科做档案管理工作，我不怕工作琐碎，各种文字材料分类清楚、装订整齐；局里组织政治、业务学习，我认真记录，不懂就问；参加计算机培训，我克服困难，保证全勤，取得了较好的成绩。此外，我经常利用闲暇时间练习书法、学习公文写作知识、学习《价格法》等物价法律、法规。通过我有意识的学习，我各方面素质提高很快，现在不但达到了专业的打字水平，而且能独立完成本职工作。使我爱岗敬业的想法成了有源之水、有本之木。

两年的工作实践使我认识到：只要我们热爱自己的岗位，只要我们有一份廉洁自律的信念，只要我们树立无产阶级的人生观和价值观、树立全心全意为人民服务的思想，再平凡的人也会在自己的岗位上做出一番成就。我们的事业，只有靠我们辛勤的工作，才会有更加灿烂的今天和明天，我们的生命，只有在奉献中才能得到升华和完善。是的，我不能驰骋疆场，轰轰烈烈，但我能立足本岗，兢兢业业。小草虽小，一样能铺成辽阔无垠的大草原。
