教师是个被称为光荣的职业，作为一名幼儿教师，我觉得更是光荣。在幼儿园工作的这几年，我深切地感受到，要成为一名称职的幼儿教师，就得付出许多心血和爱心……孩子就像一张白纸，需要我们用爱心和耐心去照顾他们。有时候，为了创造一个有利于孩子成长的环境，我们会加班加点设计布置环境；有时候，为了更多地了解和探究孩子的心理发展，我们需要花很多的精力和时间去学习和讨论。除了这些，更多的时候是精神上的责任和负担。我们不但要保证孩子能得到更多的自由发展空间，还要保证这个特殊群体的生命安全。这些身心的操劳只有做父母的才能感受到。所以，幼儿园教师看似一个轻松的职业，却并非是件轻松的工作。很多时候，在幼儿园消磨了耐心就再也无法给予家里的亲人和孩子更多的关心和耐心。

我们向往幸福的生活，幸福才是我们的目的。幸福是一种主观心理体验，幸福生活只有在追寻幸福中体验，在现实生活中体验。现实生活虽然不可能完美，却是有意义、有价值的。每天发现新的问题，并想办法去解决这些问题，可以提高我们的教育能力；每天发现幼儿新的亮点，并满怀喜悦地去欣赏，可以丰富我们生命的色彩。因此，我们绝不是“蜡炬成灰泪始干”式的牺牲者，也不是繁琐工作的被消耗者，而是一群努力追求生活意义、生命价值的幸福的幼儿园教师。
