Listening is a virtue. 第一次与新课程中的孩子接触，他们那种敢说、能说、会说的场面，着实让我大吃一惊，也深深体会到人文教育的魅力！
可是一个阶段之后，我发现这群孩子有一个坏习惯——不懂得倾听，如当甲同学在回答问题时，乙同学没等他说完之后就开始发表自己的独特见解，如何扭转这一局面呢？经过深思之后，我实行了A计划：
当学生回答问题时，学生还没把意思表达完，我就接过话茬说：“我明白了……”
当学生犯错误辨解时，学生描述到一半，我就接过话来说：“我知道了……”
我的举动，引起了大部分学生的不满，这天，有个学生终于忍不住了：“老师，我觉得您应听他把话说完。”
师：“为什么？”
生：“如果您不听他把话说完，您怎么知道他接下去要说什么呢？”
生：“对，没错，况且我觉得老师您这样做会打扰他的思路……”
一个“路见不平的勇士”出现之后，其他学生也纷纷表达自己见解。
师：“看来同学都明白别人讲话的时候，自已不要随意打断，明白要做一名文明的倾听者，可是老师发现我们班有部分同学这方面做得不大好，如：张三在回答问题，李四没等张三说完就开始发表自己的看法……”
这时全班同学恍然大悟，终于明白了我这两天反常举动的良苦用心。
倾听是一种美德。教孩子学会倾听，倾听他人的话语，倾听他人的心声，倾听他人对世界的理解和对未来的梦想，可以增进沟通，促进理解；教孩子学会倾听，不随便打断他人讲话，也不轻易作出评价，让他人把话说完，把意思表达清楚，当然，教师也应在倾听中与学生交流，在倾听中与学生沟通，最终实现教学相长，共创幸福！
