倾听的美德散文

Life is a thick scroll need to focus the mind, but also the need to listen to soul.

Teacher: "Why?"

Listening is a virtue. 生活是一部厚厚的长卷,需要心灵的关注,更需要心灵倾听。
第一次与新课程中的孩子接触,他们那种敢说、能说、会说的场面,着实让我大吃一惊,也深深体会到人文教育的魅力!
可是一个阶段之后,我发现这群孩子有一个坏习惯——不懂得倾听,如当甲同学在回答问题时,乙同学没等他说完之后就开始发表自己的独特见解,如何扭转这一局面呢?经过深思之后,我实行了A计划:
当学生回答问题时,学生还没把意思表达完,我就接过话茬说:“我明白了……”
当学生犯错误辨解时,学生描述到一半,我就接过话来说:“我知道了……”
我的举动,引起了大部分学生的不满,这天,有个学生终于忍不住了:“老师,我觉得您应听他把话说完。”
师:“为什么?”
生:“如果您不听他把话说完,您怎么知道他接下去要说什么呢?”
生:“对,没错,况且我觉得老师您这样做会打扰他的思路……”
一个“路见不平的勇士”出现之后,其他学生也纷纷表达自己见解。
师:“看来同学都明白别人讲话的时候,自已不要随意打断,明白要做一名文明的倾听者,可是老师发现我们班有部分同学这方面做得不大好,如:张三在回答问题,李四没等张三说完就开始发表自己的看法……”
这时全班同学恍然大悟,终于明白了我这两天反常举动的良苦用心。
倾听是一种美德。教孩子学会倾听,倾听他人的话语,倾听他人的心声,倾听他人对世界的理解和对未来的梦想,可以增进沟通,促进理解;教孩子学会倾听,不随便打断他人讲话,也不轻易作出评价,让他人把话说完,把意思表达清楚,当然,教师也应在倾听中与学生交流,在倾听中与学生沟通,最终实现教学相长,共创幸福!
