国际贸易英文合同书的构成
国际贸易中使用的英文合同通常都是由一下几部分内容构成的：
1 标题
2 前言(Non-operative Part)：包括导入部分和说明条款(recitals=whereas clause + consideration)，其中导入部分由日期(date)、签订地(place)和当事人(parties)三部分组成。
3 正文部分(Operative Part)：
——应履行的展物的具体条款内容（包括合同通行的条款和单独的具体条款)
——履行债务过程中出现问题时的处理条款
——合同出现变更情况时的处理条款
——争议的解决条款.`
4 结尾部分：一般由结束语、签名和盖章三部分组成
5 附注/附表 (Schedules, Exhibits, Appendices or Annexes.cnexp

英文合同-前言的导入部分的构成
参照前面提供的“英文合同书文本示例”，英文合同前言的导入部分一般由三部分组成:
1. 合同签订日期
2. 合同签订地点
3. 合同当事人

国际贸易英文合同的标题
和中文合同书一样，英文合同也需书写标题。而拟定标题是为了使合同内容一目了然，合同标题本身没有特别的法律效力，且对合同内容也没有影响。报关员考试
标题的书写多根据合同或协议的类型而定，如：
采购合同 Purchase contract
许可合同 License contract
销售合同 Sale contract
代理合同 Agency contract
许可协议 License Agreement
合资协议 Joint Venture Agreement
如果合同书有封皮的话，封皮上的合同标题应与合同主文中的标题一致。
