  其实从管理上来说,要想使一个单位能够生存、发展,就必须千方百计地让属牛的人得到好处,受到应有的尊重,以伸张正气,保护这部分人的工作积极性。另外,必须看清属狗的人的本质,不至于被其“会叫”的假相蒙住双眼,限制其“只说不做”的话语权力空间,甚至可以放它回森林,让它和自己的同类们天天聚在一起,不停的汪汪汪乱咬也罢,不要让它在人群里肆意妄为,杜绝狂犬病在单位里蔓延,同时让属猪的人现出原形,通过严格的群众监督和制度约束让其没有偷懒的机会。
  只有这样,一个单位才能祛除属狗的邪气,不沾染属猪的惰气,形成以属牛者为代表的正气。如果再加上管理者本身的灵气,发展壮大自然是情理之中的事了。
