展会回来，老板给了我一些带回来的客人资料，让我试着给客人发邮件，但是有些发了不是没有覆信就是被退回来，不知道是为什么，由于经常在里面闲逛学习，所以说总会看到有些关于这种开发信的题目，前辈们的建议也是各有各的说法，大多的人说是由于有附件或者没有使用企业邮箱的缘故，这对我来说都有点困难。1.附件里面主要具体的包括了公司的先容以及产品信息（图片之类），觉得不可省略，要不然客人可能会对我们的了解比较抽象 2.由于我们公司不大，还没有自己的企业邮箱，我大多是用hotmail跟yahoo的。不知道是不是这两个原因了，总之效果不是很好，当然可能也是由于我是新人，不懂得如何往写好这个开发信吧，呵呵请教各位前辈，你们觉得第一次发邮件给客人，有没有必要附些图片等等的呢？，你们都是怎么做的哦

非常感谢大家的帮助，内容我倒是会写，只是我有个疑问，就是附件附上后是否会影响客人收到我的邮件呢？
由于有些人说有图片的话会被直接当作垃圾邮件给过滤掉了呢
可能邮箱有占一部分原因吧 !由于象这种免费的邮箱好多都被当垃圾邮件处理了!
最好别放图片之类的，很轻易当成垃圾邮件
呵呵，3KS了，看来还是跟邮箱大有关系吧，可能用企业邮箱就好了吧，不知作别人都是用什么免费邮箱在发的呢，大家来推荐下吧
