在学习上耐心变化过程。学习成绩的变化从来都不是短时间见效的,特别是对于一些学科后进生来说,我们需要更耐心地关注学生的变化过程,哪怕是他们的一点点变化,我们都应该作为一个教育机会。后进生进步的最大障碍就是忽略了过程的观察。
