I am very happy to receive your message and hope that your company is the right one that can handle the contract bidding from Greece Athens here.The needed quantities needed for this contract is 2 million Euro worth of G-9810 that means that you will have to divide the quantities that will give 2 million Euro as the quantities needed and then send to me the proforma invoice for submitting to the contract committee for their receiving and acceptance of your company in the contract bid with other companies that has join the contract bid .My duty as a contract agent is to present your company before the contract awarding committee so that they will award the contract to your company.I will lobby the contract committee so that they will award the contract to your company and thanks be to God Almighty that the members of the contract committee knows me due to the that we have worked together and they have awarded contract to firms that obey what i told them and after which contract is being awarded to them.
As an agent what i need is only 1.5% commission from you after the contract is awarded to your company and then the full contract amount which is 2 million Euro transfered into your account and then you receive payment into your bank account then you will pay me the 1.5% commission.
Note that paying of the contract form will be done by your company because the contract committee will request this from you after your acceptance into the contact bid.
Negotiation of the contract will be done by me Mr Mahtani Ramesh Shamdas whose International passport is attached to this message.
I am waiting for the proforma invoice to enable me do the submition and let the contract committee accept your company also and give your their requirements.Remember that the proforma Invoice will be C.I.F China iInternational seaport.
