我们公司从印度进口了一批椰丝（同行都知道印度的丝不好），用的是D/P at sight 这个付款方式，合同要求了一些单据和证书如下：
11. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT
+Signed Commercial Invoice: three (3) originals and three (3) copies, indicating the specification of Goods.
+Signed Packing List: three (3) originals and three (3) copies.
+ Full set (three (3) originals and three (3) copies) of Clean On-Board Liner Bills of Lading made out TO ORDER ,blank endorsed and marked Freight Prepaid, indicating the name of the carrying vessel with “Notifying Party” as "******CO.,LTD " .
+Fumigation Certificate issued by a related official department in one (1) original and three（3) copies.
+Phytosanitary Inspection Certificate issued by Indian government Department in the country of the loading in one (1) original and one (1) copy,
Certificate of Origin (APTA) issued by the Chamber of Commerce / Department of Commerce in the country of the loading in one (1) original and one (1) certified copy.
+Declaration ofCountry of the loading in one (1) original and one (1) certified copy.
+Declaration ofNo-wood packing material in 3 originals
就是商业发票，装箱单，提单，熏蒸证，植物检疫证，原产地证，装运国证明，非木质包装证明。
可是签完合同后由于还是无法见到货物，有什么办法可以确保他的货物是我们要的并且质量符合我们要求，可以有什么其他证书证明吗？
不仅如此 而且海运提单的收货人还是汇丰银行的trade and supply chain 部门，请各位网友帮忙。。谢了先
印度官方出具的商品检验证书 或者行业协会出具的文件 不过要是这个企业本身就一般性 出征满困难的
他们会说费用由你们出具 费用可能会很高的
