规定了分批付款就分批出货，分批结汇好了
问题是只规定分批出货 ，没说明分批付款。

默认的，允许分批出运，即意味着允许分批装运，分批交单，分批结汇。

可以使用PI，不过建议单据抬头改为SALES CONTRACT 和LC要求的抬头名称保持一致。

这里的SURRENDED不是指电放，是指正本提单交给了货运代理公司。
另外 ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN THE NAME OF *** CO. LTD 其中 ***代表我们客人的公司

争取改为ALL BANKING CHARGES INSIDE CHINA ARE ACCOUNT FOR THE BENEFICIARY.
或者再退一步： ALL BANKING CHARGES OUTSIDE ISSUING BANK ARE ACCOUNT FOR THE BENEFICIARY.

如果LC其他条款未规定由谁出具的话，那么受益人即你们自己出具一份产地证申明即可。
