现在我国内蒙古，由于连年干旱和西辽河，使亚洲最大的沙漠水库莫力庙水库干涸，库底朝天。莫力庙水库面积40平方公里，库容为1.92亿立方米，是我国和亚洲目前最大的沙漠水库。枯死的河蚌随处可见，一些库底开始沙化，昔日的鱼船已锁在大片的黄沙之中。
因此，我代表我的家庭向社会呼吁：救救人类，节约用水！我们可以用洗米的水洗菜、浇花，用洗手的水冲洗厕所绝对不能再像从前那样，看着水白白的流而置之不理。我们应该尽自己最大的努力去节约用水。

水是人类生命的源泉，没有水就没有人类！我们必须从小事做起，从身边做起，从现在做起，节约每一滴生命之水！
