我曾经在花园里栽过一粒瓜子，本以为那粒瓜子一定会腐烂，被土壤腐蚀掉。没想到，过了几天，那粒瓜子竟使它可以冲破那坚硬的外壳，在没有阳光的泥土中，不屈向上，茁壮成长，最后使它生长成一朵向日葵，这就是生命的奇迹。
雷锋曾经说过 ：人的生命是有限的，可是，为人民服务是无限的。我要把有限的生命投入到无限的为人民服务中去。所以，我们要珍惜生命让自己死也死得光荣，多做一点可以对社会有用的事。因为我们是生命顽强的生命！
