应该如何对待客户的邮件？

呵呵。先不要想着怎样纠住客人。只要你真诚地跟进这个客人。就算这个客人不作回应，还会有千千万万个客人会回应你。对于此客人，你只要及时如他要求，寄一本产品目录给他，并随时与他保持联系即可。也不要急，有时侯是欲速则不达啊。慢慢来！
