1.体裁介绍

订货(order)是买方为要求供应详细数量标货色而提出的一种要求。此时,生意两边之间的目生感已减退,可以说已渡过了接触障碍和难关。

写订货信时应注意以下几点:

(1)开首就直接申明订购的意图。

(2)订货信一般应包含:商品的名称、品质、数量、包装、代价前提、付出前提和需要对方供给的单据等。
